Perishable Products

At Baked By Sinah, all our products are freshly baked to order. Because our biscuits and scones are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.


Refunds & Order Issues

We take great care in preparing every order. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, damaged goods, or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • Or a full refund (depending on the situation)

Eligibility for Assistance

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as we begin preparation shortly after purchase. Once baking has started, cancellations are not possible.


Late or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed due to courier or external factors, we will assist you in tracking it, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
