Orders & Delivery

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our online store. Simply add your items to the cart and follow the checkout steps. For custom orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days across South Africa. Local pickup is available in Nelspruit (Mbombela) — contact us to arrange a convenient time.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup in Nelspruit, Mbombela. Get in touch via WhatsApp at +27 79 492 1974 to arrange collection.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Products

Are your products freshly baked?

Absolutely. All our scones, biscuits, and desserts are baked fresh to order here in Nelspruit. We never use preservatives — what you receive is made with care and quality ingredients.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our homemade biscuits last up to 2 weeks when stored in an airtight container. Fresh scones are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of delivery.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Some of our products are milk-free. Please check individual product descriptions or contact us directly if you have specific dietary needs.

Custom Orders

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We love creating bespoke biscuit and scone boxes for special occasions. Please place custom orders at least 5–7 days in advance by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at bakedbysinah@gmail.com or +27 79 492 1974.

We are a home bakery in Nelspruit (Mbombela), South Africa, offering fresh scones, homemade biscuits, and desserts made to order. We deliver nationwide and offer local pickup in Nelspruit.
