We currently deliver within Pretoria and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

All our biscuits and scones are freshly baked to order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched or prepared for pickup.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been prepared:

Delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Pretoria.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Order Tracking

Where applicable, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier availability, or high order volumes. We appreciate your understanding.
